Minute 1: Wake-Up Stretches

• Neck rolls, shoulder rolls

• Arm stretch and side bends


Minute 2: Full Body Shakeout

• Jumping jacks x 30

• Light spot jog


Minute 3: Strength Activation

• 10 squats

• 5 push-ups (knee wala chalega)


Minute 4: Core & Breathing

• Plank (20 sec)

• Deep breathing (inhale 4 sec, exhale 6 sec)


Minute 5: Gratitude Pose

• Hands on heart, eyes closed
